Question 1

What is the underlying structure of the Permanent Knowledge Base?

Accepted Answer

The Knowledge Base serves as your persistent, long-term memory store. It is a highly scalable data repository that can utilize various modern database architectures, including relational, NoSQL, and advanced vectorized database technologies, all optimized for fast semantic search and retrieval.

Question 2

What types of data can I process, and in what format does the platform return the output?

Accepted Answer

Our platform supports the ingestion and processing of nearly all forms of unstructured input, including standard documents (Word, PDF, PowerPoint), spreadsheets, raw data files, URLs, and multimodal formats such as video and audio. By default, the extracted intelligence is returned in a clean Markdown format, but custom outputs, such as JSON, are also available and supported.

Question 3

What is the "IC-Curated Global Knowledge Base"?

Accepted Answer

The "IC-Curated Global Knowledge Base" is a vast, external data repository (separate from your private uploaded data) that has been pre-vetted, refined, and structured by our proprietary Innovation Child (IC) intelligence framework. This ensures high quality and relevant insights when you perform chat queries or run research reports.

Question 4

How can I leverage the Dedicated and Secured Developer API/MCP Endpoints (Enterprise Plan)?

Accepted Answer

These endpoints provide secure, low-latency integration points for weaving our intelligence directly into your existing business systems. They are designed for organizations utilizing their own custom agent systems or harness platforms (e.g., LangGraph) that require seamless, high-volume data and intelligence feeds.

Question 5

How is the Local Deployment on Dedicated Compute Infrastructure executed?

Accepted Answer

Local deployment is streamlined by transferring and configuring secure Docker images that contain the entire LLM Fabric, Agentic Harness, and data storage components directly onto your dedicated, on-site hardware. This method ensures maximum data sovereignty and security.

Question 6

What are the Proprietary IC Analytical Engines?

Accepted Answer

The Proprietary IC Analytical Engines represent our unique core advantage: a combination of internal domain experts and advanced AI that designs optimal, targeted research pathways for complex problem-solving. This ensures we deliver the most accurate, deep-level intelligence and supports the advanced modeling required for bespoke reports.

Question 7

What is an Agentic Harness?

Accepted Answer

An Agentic Harness is the sophisticated execution framework that allows our AI to function as a digital analyst. Instead of simply returning search results, the Agentic Harness receives a high-level goal, autonomously plans multi-step tasks, executes actions across various data sources, and synthesizes the final, explainable result.

Question 8

Why is Unstructured Data Processing a critical feature of your platform?

Accepted Answer

Unlike legacy platforms, our system is optimized to process the massive volume of unstructured data — including video transcripts, audio files, and complex documents — to unlock qualitative insights and predictive signals that are otherwise inaccessible. This capability is critical for generating deep intelligence in complex markets.

Question 9

What specific tools and methods are available for integrating with existing infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

We support seamless integration via a RESTful API, the MCP protocol, and webhook-based event streaming. The Business and Enterprise tiers include dedicated integration support to sync directly with internal data lakes, third-party Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and specialized agentic workflows.

Question 10

What is the typical timeline for deployment and the minimum contract commitment?

Accepted Answer

The timeline for standard cloud deployment (Business plan) is typically immediate or within 5 business days for full system activation. Enterprise deployments, which include on-site engineering and setting up air-gapped infrastructure, are scoped individually but generally require 3–6 weeks. Contract commitments are flexible: Business plans are available on monthly or annual billing, while Enterprise engagements are typically annual contracts given the required infrastructure and engineering commitment.
